Job summary
AMER functional role contributing to revenue in the AMER regionConsultations and resolutions for Global Sales and managed accountsFostering Key Account relationships and driving incremental revenue
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Generate high-volume revenue for selected critical need accounts• Handle inquiries within fast-paced time frame and client's expectations• Manage relationship between IHG managed account and Key Account Manager• Collaborate sales efforts cross-regionally and across departments• Design, produce, and maintain sales reports for internal stakeholders• Develop and maintain knowledge base of assigned accounts• Accurately track requests and associated revenue• Provide timely responses to internal and external inquiries• Complete special projects as required
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, Education, or relevant field• 5+ years of Sales & Marketing experience at corporate or hotel level• 5-10 years progressive work-related experience in hotel sales operations• Technology proficiency and knowledge of hotel sales rules and practices• Strong communication skills, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail• Ability to manage multiple tasks/clients and keep up with industry trends

• Clear and concise communication• Strong technical skills and troubleshooting• Problem-solving and time management• High-impact relationship building• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
