Job Description
In this  Inside Sales Representative  role, you will engage potential and existing clients via calls and emails, understanding their needs and sharing product insights. You will also collaborate with the sales and technical teams for proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Manage CRM data, stay updated on industry trends, and represent our client's cutting-edge irrigation solutions.
Here's an overview of your future role:
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Night Shift (Mon - Fri 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM)
Work setup: Onsite
What do you need to succeed? Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or equivalent.
Sales Experience: Proven track record in inside sales or related roles.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
Tech Savviness: Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Problem-Solving: Effective at providing tailored solutions.
Team Player: Collaborative and cooperative with cross-functional teams.
Initiative: Proactive in seeking new leads and opportunities.
Passion for Sustainability: Interest in environmental sustainability a plus.
