Industrial Engineer - Katipunan

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensures that goals set by the Project is achieved.
2. Coordinate with client project status, changes in scope, issues and concern, additional
work instructions and possible additional opportunities.
3. Prepares submittals to clients such as billing summary and statements and
accomplishment reports.
4. Prepares monthly reports on the following:
• Performance rating of individuals
• Conduct Survey for Clients & Internal Employees
• Creating of Minutes of the meeting
• Monitoring of Targets of Project & Department
• Procedures & Process
5. Maintains employee discipline thru the religious implementation of Company policies
and endorses violations to Admin for proper disposition.
6. Monitors and evaluates employee performance based on agreed Performance
Management System and councils low performers for improvement.
7. Encourages employee to adhere on Safety as a way of life.
8. Conducts regular tool box meeting with his/her subordinates.
9. Trains and orients newly-hired employees with the basic guidelines, techniques and
procedures in order to prepare them before deployment to respective assignments.
10. Assist Project Supervisor in the implementation and dissemination of Company
Directives.
11. Supports Environmental Management System with respect to their job.
12. Adheres to Policies/Procedure, Employee Code of Ethics and Conduct, and Corporate
Governance.
13. Protects intellectual property, company proprietary and confidential information.
14. Performs other duties as may be assigned while complying with the proper operating
procedures of safety and health standards and regulations

QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineer
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

WORK LOCATION: Katipunan, Quezon City

WORK SCHEDULE: Full time onsite, Monday-Friday
