Responsibilities? Answering incoming calls and messages from customers who are interested in buying or learningmore about the company's products or services? Asking questions to understand the customer's needs, preferences, and budget? Presenting the features and benefits of the products or services that match the customer'sneeds? Overcoming objections and handling complaints? Closing sales and processing orders? Providing after-sales support and follow-up? Updating customer records and sales data? Meeting sales goals and targets? Collaborating with other sales team members and departments? Researching prospects, reaching out via phone, email, or social media, and setting up meetingsQualifications? High school diploma or equivalent? At least 1 year experience in sales or customer service? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Persuasive and confident? Proficient in using computer and phone systems? Ability to work under pressure and multitask? Knows MS Excel and MS Word? Must be willing to work in M-F, 8am to 5pm in Connecticut St. (adjacent to EDSA), San JuanWork Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday Onsite Full-time
