Role Overview:
As the Lead Generation & Sales Development Lead, you will play a critical role in expanding Substance's client base by identifying, sourcing, and developing leads. You'll work closely with the CEO and business development team to drive revenue growth, manage the CRM database, and analyze key data metrics to inform strategic decisions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, data analysis, and building relationships.
Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients globally, focusing on regions such as the US, UK, Australia, Ireland, Dubai, and other high-cost locations. Sales Prospecting: Develop and implement strategies to reach potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels. Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders. CRM Management: Manage and update the CRM with high-quality leads, track outreach progress, and ensure data accuracy. Market Research: Conduct research to understand client needs, market trends, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for Substance. Data Analysis: Analyze lead generation and sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach strategies and suggest improvements based on performance metrics. Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales presentations, pitch decks, and proposals tailored to client needs. Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO to refine lead generation processes and sales strategies. Requirements Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, Excel, and CRM tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A passion for sales, business development, and building client relationships. Ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment. Prior experience or coursework in lead generation, sales development, or marketing is a plus.
