Job Qualification:
· At least one (1) year experience in IMPEX Processing preferably from a manufacturing industry.
· Computer literate
· Knowledgeable in all Import / Export documents such as 8105, 8106, 8110, etc.
· With strong leadership skills.
· With good communication skills both oral and written.
· Can work under pressure, flexible, determined at work, and easy to learn.
· Must have a driver's license and can drive a motorcycle.

Job Responsibilities
· Encode prepare and process PEZA 8105, 8106, 8112 through manual PEZA & Custom admin process.
· Encode and prepare PEZA documents such as 8112 & 8106 via EZTS (Electronic Zone Transfer System).
· Preparation of PEZA monthly report and submission to accounting.
· Requesting, monitoring, and depositing VASP Fund for Intercommerce, Cdec, Ekonek.
· Monitoring and liquidation of Custom boatnote.
· Prepare and process the liquidation of the ledger for manual LOA.
· Monitoring Intrazone LOA, requesting E-nomination, and application of ELOA through EZTS.
· Updates utilization report of PEZA forms.
· Ensure that all documents related to PEZA and/or Custom for outgoing and incoming delivery of goods are always readily available.
· Assisting incoming shipments in PEZA & Custom.
· Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
· Initiates and recommends improvements in the area of responsibility.
