Legal Liaison Officer

Details of the offer

• Prepare legal documents and corporate correspondence.
• Serve as custodian of all the corporation's contracts and documents
• Review documents, contracts, agreements involving the corporation.
• Ensure the confidentiality of all documents, contracts and date.
• Provide Legal Advice the executives, HR and employees on changes to the laws affecting the company.
• Investigate if the company or a staff member does not comply with the law.
• Oversee lawsuits, possibly acting as chief litigator.
• Ensure the company fills out and submits all its legal paperwork.
• Must know the Labor Code of Law.
• Must coordinate with Legal Counsel and HR Manager for case update
• Must submit weekly/monthly updated reports on cases or pending case
