Position Overview: We need a versatile attorney with a solid background in corporate, tax, employment, and immigration law to provide strategic legal support and ensure compliance as we grow.

Key Responsibilities: Corporate Law: Manage corporate governance and draft/review contracts. Tax Law: Advise on tax compliance and planning. Employment Law: Oversee employment practices and ensure labor law compliance. Immigration Law: Handle visa and work permit issues and ensure compliance with immigration regulations. General Support: Conduct legal research, develop policies, and manage legal risks. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice.
