MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a HR ASSOCIATE ! General Description : The Human Resource (HR) Associate is responsible for obtaining, recording, and interpreting human resources information within the company. Manage company human resources records and ensure timely service delivery of the HR processes. ?Work Schedule and Arrangement: Graveyard Shift ; Office-based Setup  Office Location : 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu . Responsibilities : Managing HR records including, résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms. Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion. Issuing new employees with enrollment documents. Conducting employee orientations. Explaining employee benefits. Responding to HR-related queries within the company. Maintaining employee information confidentiality. Assisting with the distribution of training material. Requirements : Must be willing to work in US shifts Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field At least 1 year experience in Human Resources Experience in travel agencies (bookings and visa) is a plus Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills At least 6 months experience working on a night/graveyard shift Good organizational skills Advanced knowledge of employment law Aggressive and highly conscientious Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP): Monthly salary of 20,000 - 27,000 New hire bonus of 5,000 Monthly risk allowance of 2,000 Perks and other benefits: Paid Training Period All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed Paid time off—public holidays, vacation, and personal time off Robust and effective Government Benefits Administration Lactation breaks (for breastfeeding moms) Discounted optical services with our partner clinic Free lunch/dinner and unlimited coffee and ice cream daily (for on site employees) Free Health insurance with one (1) free dependent Free Life insurance Free Accident insurance Relocation allowance for new hires (from Outside Cebu) Company-sponsored outings Interest-based employee clubs (DOTA, Basketball, Dance, Music, Photography, Yoga) Our Recruitment Process: Candidate Application Form General Assessment  Behavioral Interview (Virtual) Technical Interview  Reference Check Job Offer Training Disclaimer for salary ranges: Salary ranges may not be applicable to all.
