Restaurant Manager

Work Location: Doña Julia Vargas Ave, Ortigas, Pasig City

Job Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree preferably of Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or
Administration and/or any Business-Related course
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in the hospitality and food industry.
• Skills:
o Strong leadership and team management skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Other Requirements:
o Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
o Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Compensation and Benefits:
P24,000 + Service Charge.
Govt benefits (SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth) will be given after the probationary period.
Quarterly incentive when target is met.
