OverviewAs the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for driving the company's marketing strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and helping shape the company's direction. You will analyze market trends, determine the most effective channels for market penetration, and lead the marketing team in executing strategies that enhance brand presence and foster partnerships. Your expertise in the iGaming industry and ability to lead marketing initiatives will be pivotal to the company's expansion, particularly in foreign markets.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to drive partnerships, enhance brand awareness, and maintain top-of-mind recall.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and help differentiate the company by developing unique selling propositions (USPs) and defining the brand's DNA.Create targeted content and campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing customers using the most effective channels, including events, exhibitions, and social media platforms.Engage existing customers and maximize recurring revenue through ongoing marketing efforts.Manage relationships with key industry stakeholders and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.Oversee and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and monitoring marketing spend.Requirements Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior/director marketing role, within the iGaming or digital entertainment sectors.Must have experience in the iGaming industry.Native Filipino speaker, ideally based in the Philippines OR Malaysian Chinese candidates with iGaming marketing experience.Experience in formulating and implementing marketing strategies for new market entry, particularly in the B2B sector.Strong ability to conduct independent market analysis, including competitor research and advertising channel selection.Proven track record of leading marketing teams and driving successful market penetration strategies.Ability to manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring a strong return on investment.Company BenefitsCompetitive salary structure.Professional development opportunities and access to the latest training resources.Flexible working arrangements to promote work-life balance.How to ApplyIf you are a seasoned marketing professional eager to make an impact in the dynamic world of iGaming, we invite you to apply.
