Position: Senior Recruiter
Location: Metro Manila – Makati, Ayala
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule, Hybrid
Salary Package: PHP 31,000

Role Overview:
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to join our organization. This role is ideal for fresh graduates, career shifters, and BPO professionals with a keen interest in recruitment. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, a good employment track record, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Open to fresh graduates, career shifters, and BPO experts
If High School/Senior High School graduate or undergraduate, 1 year of BPO experience is required
Must not have held more than 2 jobs in the past year
Good to excellent English communication skills
Strict on recency, employment gaps, and job longevity
Must have a strong employment track record (no more than 2 jobs in the last 2 years and should not have been unemployed for more than 1 year)
Amenable to work onsite permanently at Ayala Ave., Makati
Training Schedule:

3x a week onsite during training
Post-training: 1 week onsite per month
