Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
-Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
-Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement and development programs.
-Oversee performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
-Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
-Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
The disciplinary process typically involves a series of steps, such as verbal warnings, written warnings, and, if necessary, termination.
- Performance Management, setting clear goals, providing ongoing feedback, and conducting formal evaluations of employee performance
- Records and Reports Management involves systematically organising, storing, and maintaining employee-related documents, such as personnel files, performance reviews, and compliance records.
- Supervisory Performance Areas, include managing team dynamics, providing guidance and support, conducting performance evaluations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that team members meet organisational goals.
Qualities We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in any Related Field
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR best practices.
Leadership: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
