• Assist in planning, implementing, and communicating employee and labor relations programs• Monitor program effectiveness and recommend modifications• Compile economic impact information• Provide information on grievance procedures, disciplinary actions, and other employee relation practices• Participate in meetings between labor and management• Gather initial information from employees regarding work-related problems• Evaluate issues and refer them for appropriate action• Pull and analyze HR employee statistics• Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations• Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of employee and labor relations programs and procedures• Ability to analyze and compile economic impact information• Good understanding of grievance procedures, disciplinary actions, and employee relations• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to gather and evaluate information on work-related problems• Proficiency in HR employee statistics and progress reporting• Strong knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations• Flexible to perform other assigned duties
