Job title: Human Resources Manager - Labor RelationQualifications:· Expert in ER/LR, DOLE matters, Employment Law, Legal Assistance· Should be a Lawyer by profession· Experience in the BPO industry·Should have at least 3-4 years in BPO as an HR Labor RelationThe role will be responsible for:· Investigation, resolution, prevention, interpretation of various ER problems· In depth review of ER related policy and procedure, labor law legislation, DOLE compliance· Recommends appropriate course of action regarding discipline and termination of individual· Will attend all legal hearings and represent the organization in SENA, DOLE, NLRC· Will handle disciplinary actions in compliance with the due process clause.
