Job Description
Reporting to and working closely with the HR Advisor, the HR and Recruitment Administrator's main responsibilities will include:
HR Administration
Proactively support the coordination and administration of all people matters across the employee lifecycle including induction and offboarding processes.
Be the system champion for all people systems
Contribute to the development, implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures and forms and maintain these on our HRIS system
Create and issue employee contracts
Support Group HR team with the delivery of HR projects
Keep org charts up to date
Champion SO onboarding and new starter office set up
Recruitment
Administer and manage advertising campaigns
Pipelining, talent pooling and networking with prospective talent
Phone screening and reference checking
HRIS
Champion the HRIS (Workforce Ready)
HRIS administration, including new user set up and existing user support, generating employee contracts and changes
Ensure all policies are procedure uploaded in a timely manner
Ensure compliance and onboarding and offboarding checklists are actioned for all new starters
Training
Help review/edit training documents
Deliver training on HR systems to the Support Office and Retail Team
Ensures all training systems are updated on the arrival and departure of team members
Social Events
Assist and support the HR & Training team with events for the Support Office and retail team
Qualifications And Requirements
**Who you are**:
Posse excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of different people
The ability to manage your own time, and prioritise daily/ weekly tasks to work efficiently
Degree qualified in HR, IR, Psychology or Business is not essential but will be highly regarded
Hands on retail or hospitality experience so you understand the demands on the frontline.
Excellent communicator both written and oral
Excellent organisation skills
Strong relationship building and networking skills.
