The position is responsible for implementing the different facets of human resources management such as General Labor Standard (GLS), Retention, Compensation and Benefits, and Administration. The position is responsible for reviewing the HR processes of OP360 to align implementations of people practices based on Senior Vice-president Global of HR's directives.
