Hrbp Senior Team Leader

The position is responsible for implementing the different facets of human resources management such as General Labor Standard (GLS), Retention, Compensation and Benefits, and Administration. The position is responsible for reviewing the HR processes of OP360 to align implementations of people practices based on Senior Vice-president Global of HR's directives. Accountable for any implementation regarding the human resources and development of a company's workforce, and must be able to transform all policies into executable plans and departmental procedures.
Qualifications: Education BS/BA Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related courses.6 mo. - 1 year in Gov. Statutory Benefits1 years experience in DOLE reportorials 1-2 years in HR Admin (BPO or Manufacturing Industry)1 year in HRIS Management2 years in BPO setting3 years in General Labor Standards (GLS) with solid background in DM processesLicensed with ISO experience (not required but advantage)Licensed psychometrician (not required but advantage)
