HOME BASED TUTOR PHILIPPINES INC.Is currently looking for: HUMAN RESOURCE STAFF (3 Working Days with 10K Salary plus 1K Incentive) We are looking for a competitive and reliant HR Staff that is capable of handling tasks at a given deadline.**Job Description**: Assists the recruitment processCommunicate and promote the company to possible clientsAnalyze marketing strategiesSource out applicantsIdentifies suitable recruitment channels for the company.Job Qualifications: Must haveat least 6 months of Recruitment experience in the BPO industry or in a big company handling at least 500 employeesRequired Skill(s):Interpersonal relation, decision making, highly organized and analytical analysisCan work well with Japanese staffComprehensive knowledge in recruitment processes and sourcingCan work with less supervision and can multitaskCan start ASAPPreferably FemalesWorking Time: 9am ~ 6pm Working Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, and choose one (1)day from weekdays (Monday to Friday)**Salary**:Php 10,000 plus Php 1,000 incentive
