Hr Specialist - Organizational Development

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:? Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Science, Psychology, IndustrialPsychology or any relevant courses? With background in Organizational Development, company structure, jobanalysis and employee productivity.? At least 3 years of relevant experiences? Familiar with Organizational ChartsRESPONSIBILITIES:? Conducting Job analysis and creating Job Descriptions? Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staffrelating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.? Oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of occupations and jobpositions.? Implement major changes in all aspects of operations.? Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns withorganizational goals.?
