HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

Qualifications:
Graduate of any bachelor's degree, preferably BS/AB Psychology

Experienced in all facets of HR functions such as end to end hiring procedure, trainings, payroll, compensation, and benefits

Familiar

with Labor Laws of the PhilippinesEffective employee relations, handling of grievances and exit interview

Teambuilding and Outsourcing existence

Employee motivation and retention

With at least 3 years experience in HR related work

Must be Detailed and Goal oriented
