Human Resource Generalist

Details of the offer

Administer compensation and benefit plans, assist in talent acquisition and recruitment, conduct employee onboarding and training initiatives, provide HR support and issue resolution, promote HR programs for workplace efficiency, assist in policy development and implementation, manage performance, analyze HR metrics, organize performance reviews, maintain employee records, enhance job satisfaction through perks and activities, ensure labor law compliance, and undertake assigned duties.

Requirements:
Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
At least 1 year of experience as HR Generalist or equivalent.
Experience in all facets of HR (payroll, compensation and benefits, recruitment, AND employee relations) is highly desirable.
Good communication skills.
Amenable to work in Greenhills, San Juan
Must be residing WITHIN Metro Manila


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
