About the role:
A Human Resource Assistant plays a supportive role within the HR Department, handling both administrative and HR specific tasks. This position focuses on maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and ensuring smooth day to day HR operations.
What you'll be doing:
1. Employee Records Maintenance
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring they are up to date and compliant with legal and company standards.
2. Recruitment Assistance
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules. Assists with candidate communications.
3. Onboarding/Off boarding and Orientation Support
- Help prepare onboarding materials, organize orientation sessions, and ensure that new hires complete necessary documentation. Handle the off-boarding process including exit interviews and clearance procedures, Payroll and Clearance Administration
4. Benefits Administration Support
- Assist with benefits administration by helping employees with enrollment and providing information on available benefits.
5. Payroll Assistance
- Aid in payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data, ensuring accuracy for timely payroll submission.

What we're looking for:
? Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Development Management or any related field.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Must be Computer Literate
? Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
? Preferably at least 1 year experience in the related field
? Knowledgeable about Labor Law
? Must be resourceful and have very good analytical and leadership skills
? Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
? Must be outgoing and skilled at interpersonal interaction
? Must be reliable and results-oriented
? Should have great attention detail
? Willing to work Saturday and Sunday.
