Mis Officer

The management information systems (MIS) officer is responsible for planning, development, hardware implementation, software applications, programming and systems network, and MIS integration (or enterprise network). The MIS officer also has personnel, branch, and supervisory responsibilities. Also, the officer creates plans for telecommunications integration with existing information systems.

General Duties:
The management information systems (MIS) officer works closely with the Chief Information Systems officer (CIO) and Information Systems Manager. Together, they review the needs of the company employees and customers related to information management, data processing, and distributed processing for end users. The management information systems officer establishes budgets for hardware and software. In collaboration with a data security officer, the MIS officer establishes procedures and standards for access to data processing facilities and the data itself.

(Most preferred) Experience gained from a bank or leasing and finance company is an advantage.

1. Graduate with a Bachelor's / College Degree, or a Master's in Mathematics / Accounting / Statistics, Business Studies / Administration / Management / Economics.
2. At least 5 to 7 years of experience in MIS.
3. Knowledgeable in data processing and reporting.
4. Knowledge of business process analysis.
5. Experience working with senior decision-makers.
6. High proficiency in both business and technical writing.
7. Preferably awareness of financial business.
8. Able to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization.
9. Service-oriented.
10. Considerable experience with data visualization and keen on details.

Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:30
