Human Resource & Admin Staff- Laguna Technopark Annex Binan Laguna

Job Description
Assist HR manager in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and regulations
Oversee and manage employer-employee relationships
Handle HR-related investigations and strong employee relation policy
Compile and update employee records
Assist in payroll preparations
Monitor admin related activities
Monitor and control of cost with office supplies and others
SSS, Philhealth and Pag-IBIG Fund company coordinator
Implement and monitor the policies execution
VISA and AEP processing for Foreign Nationals
Job Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent
Well organized with a high sense of urgency and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screenings
Understanding and executing employment laws and regulations
Experience in foreign nationals working visa and working permit processing.
• Salary Range – will discuss this during the interview
• Work Location - Laguna Technopark Annex Binan Laguna
• Work Schedule - 8am to 5pm, Mondays to Saturdays


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
