FOR PSYCHOLOGY GRADUATEJOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the administration, implementation and maintenance ofpersonnel policies and procedures and for formulating personnel policies.QUALIFICATIONS:-Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR, or any related field-Preferably female-Must have at least 5 years of experience as an HRD & Admin Manager-Preferably with strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations-Must have strong attention to detail, problem-solving, leadership, and management skills-Must be excellent in written and oral communication skills-Must be proficient in MS OfficeDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-Develops, communicates, and coordinates HRM policies and procedures at the office.-Administers the recruitment, selection and placement program.-Coordinates and maintains systems and procedures on recruitment, selection, placement,transfer, promotions, performance evaluation, separation, lay-offs, retirement, termination andsalary and benefits administration.-Provides data required for the company's HR information system; ensures maintenance ofpersonnel records.-Assists managers and supervisors in identifying and solving personnel problems.-Establishes and maintains sound management-labor programs.-Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
