JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboardingManage inventory & logistics, procurement and facilities managementEnsure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, regulationsDevelop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilitiesCreate a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to dateInvestigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolutionUse performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to teamEnsure all company HR policies are applied consistentlyMaintain company organization charts and employee directoryPartner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiativesMaintain HR systems and processesConduct performance and salary reviewsProvide support and guidance to HR staffAnalyze trends in compensation and benefitsDesign and implement employee retention strategies JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related fieldAt least 12 years of working experience in Human Resources and 8 years of which is on a people management roleExperience in Procurement, Inventory & Logistics and Facilities Management is a must.Effective verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suiteKnowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulationsAbility to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamworkExperience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
