Job Qualifications/Description:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-Proven experience in an HR managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
-In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
-Strong background or experience in ISO certification is an advantage.
The HRA Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and administrative functions.
The ideal candidates should possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Salary Range: P50,000-if with ISO experience as a Core Team
P35,000 to 40,000-if without ISO experience

Work Location: Cebu Business Park, Cebu City


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
