Job Summary:
Operational Excellence is responsible for driving operational efficiency through the design and implementation of process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities, conducting thorough analysis and research to develop insightful recommendations for both strategic direction and specific project initiatives.
• Build and utilize models for operational, market/industry, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Support weekly/monthly KPI reports and review meetings.
• Facilitate the sharing of best practices across departments to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and track the implementation of initiatives to ensure consistent and successful adoption.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to establish clear goals, objectives, and measurable targets for a defined period.
• Provide assistance with training, roadmap development, and process completion where required.
• Manage cross-functional project execution, including stakeholder engagement, work plan development, resource allocation, and milestone delivery.
The ideal candidate have the following skills and experience:
• With experience in Business Excellence/Business Transformation/Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement/Process Improvement
• Bachelor's/College degree in any 4-year program
• With relevant experience in AI or RPA and Transformation
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certified or Trained
Good to have:
• With experience or knowledgeable in Utilities, Network, Customer service, Helpdesk, Sales Operation industry background.
• Green Belt Certified or Black Belt Trained
• With 5 years of experience in managerial role
