HR- Compensation and Benefits
responsible for managing the compensation and benefits program of the company and ensuring that such programs are in compliance with Philippine labor laws.managing and administering all union members benefit and compensation programs under the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) from retirement plans, health insurance to life insurance.
HR- Admin
- Administrative staff assist the Admin Manager in carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, memo distribution, monitoring, and safekeeping of records, permits, and licenses. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting results.

Preferably graduate of business-related course, Psychology and Human ResourceExperience in the same capacity is advantageProficient in MS Office particularly ExcelKnowledgeable in HRIS SystemAbove average numerical abilityKeen to detailsOrganized and ability to manage time wellCan work with minimal supervision
