Duties & ResponsibilitiesAdminister end to end company recruitment process.Administer the new employee general orientation.Create and issue employment contractsFacilitate clearance and quitclaim for separated employeesProvide support to compensation and benefits administrationGenerate, maintain record, administer disciplinary action memos to employees.Provide significant insights and support in the preparation of company activities.Provide credible information to all HR-related inquiries based on the company set up.QualificationsMust be a graduate of BS/BS Psychology or equivalentKnowledgeable with general labor standardsMaintain high level of integrity and credibility on ideal and acceptable moral and ethical standards as HR practitionerCan work in a fast paced environment with minimum supervisionDirect hiring, can start ASAP!
