Hr Specialist - Recruitment

Details of the offer

Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with different recruitment channels for job posting
· Posts job vacancies on job hiring portals
· Screens applicants, short lists qualified candidates and schedules interview
· Endorses qualified applicants to hiring managers for the preliminary and final interview
· Conducts employee orientation on newly hires

Qualifications:
· Two (2) or more years' experience in HR functions
· Graduate of Bachelor of Science major in Psychology or Human Resources Management from a four-year university or equivalent experience
· Ensures confidentiality of information
· Maintains a high level of professionalism
· Has ability to work independently, responsible and highly organized
· Open, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
· Able to learn new technologies


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
