HR SPECIALIST FOR EMPLOYEE AND LABOR RELATIONS

 

Job Responsibilities

Handles routine labor relations and human resource inquiries related to policies and procedures

Refers and consults complex matters to appropriate management staff

Serves as the point person and liaison for assessment of employee relation matters

such as work complaints, incident reports, or other concernsPerforms other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must have a bachelor's degree

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Thorough understanding of labor laws

Proficient with Microsoft Office
