HR GENERALIST

 

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Development Management, or any Behavioral Science and Business-Related course

At least 2-3 years working experience as

HR Generalist or Specialist in any facets of Human ResourcesKnowledge in timekeeping and payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, sourcing and recruitment, employee relations & training

Able to meet deadlines and has a strong attention to details.

Ability to manage tasks even with frequent interruptions.

Good interpersonal skills

Good communication skills

Good analytical skills
