Develops and implements a comprehensive communications strategy that raises awareness and advances the goals of the organization as well of the HR and Crewing Departments to promote awareness among employeesProvides writing and editing support across the HR organization to ensure high quality and consistent messagingEnsures that the employee relations policies and procedures re abreast with the latest labor law, issuances ordersHandle and responds to employee's offenses against company policy by monitoring submission of incident reports, issuance of Notice to Explain(NTE)Represents the company before DOLE hearings and litigations for immediate settlement of the labor disputes /cases.Qualifications:Graduate of any Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or Psychology. Graduate of LLB/JD is an advantage but not necessaryAt least 2 years experience in handling employee relations and organization communicationTeam player, with good interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skillsUse of Canva or any editing program/software. At least three (3) years experience in handling employee relations and organization communication
