Identify and implement opportunities to simplify and standardize existing processes, making them more user-friendly and efficient. Conduct thorough reviews of tickets and listen to calls of HR Services colleagues to ensure top-notch quality and compliance. Take the lead on various exciting projects, contributing to their success and driving impactful outcomes. Provide comprehensive support for activities across the dynamic Asia & Pacific region. Coach and train HR Service personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
What you need to have: Strong understanding and experience working within an HR Services model. Proficient in English, both written and verbal. Self-confident and able to effectively communicate messages. Proven track record in driving customer satisfaction. Analytical mindset with the ability to be very detailed and a logical thinker.- Experience working in a player-coach capacity, handling individual deliverables while mentoring others. What makes you stand out: Experience with ticketing systems; knowledge of WorkDay or ServiceNow is a bonus. Experience with Pacific payroll is a plus.
