Hr Recruitment Staff

Job description
Directly reports to the HR Officer/HR Manager & Managing Director.
Responsible for end to end recruitment process.
Arranging telephone and face-to-face interviews.
Perform initial screening and interview, test administration and recommendation of candidates such as / for: On the job trainee / Reliever and Regular Deployment.
Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles.
Negotiate salary and benefit issues with job candidates.
Presenting qualified-candidates to requesting department or client for final interview.
Prepares pre-employment requirements.
Conduct field works for recruitment and attend job fairs.
Explore other sources, channels and means for efficient and effective manpower sourcing.
Assisting in day to day efficient operation of the department.
Job Qualifications

College Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource
With at least 1 year experience in Recruitment
Amenable to work in Ermita, Manila
