Good Day!Phesco Incorporated is currently looking for Human Resource Assistant – RecruitmentDuties and ResponsibilitiesHandles applicant sourcing, interview, scheduling, preliminary screening and endorsement to requisitioning departments for technical interview and/or trade test.Prepares and presents Employment offer to qualified applicants and issues pre-employment requirementsChecks and reviews submitted documents of newly hired employees as to completeness in accordance with the Checklist of Pre-employment RequirementsPrepares endorsement letter of newly hired workers for assignment to project sites and coordinates their employment.Conducts pre-employment orientation to newly hired employees as to HR policies and proceduresPrepares company ID of newly hired office personnelDevelops and maintains relationship with employment agencies, colleges and universities, and other relevant sources for possible pool of applicantsCoordinates with testing centers, accredited medical centers, etc. for required test procedures and results and maintains confidentiality of the same.Attends to on-site recruitment activities i.e local job fairs. Min. Educational Attainment: College Degree in Human Resource Management or any business related courseLocation: Capaz, Tarlac
