QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.Must have at least 1 year of experience in related work positionMust communicate and work effectively in English (oral and written form)Must be well-versed with Microsoft programs and Google SuitesMust be well-organized and strict with implementing the rulesOutgoing and sociable personalityMust be willing to work onsite and in Makati CityMust be willing to work from Monday to Saturday RESPONSIBILITIES: Sourcing potential candidates from various channels online and offline.Make necessary documents for recruitment.Build up relations with schools and partnersDesigning and updating job descriptions.Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidatesScreen, Schedule, and Interview applicants.Represent the company in job fairs and other recruiting events.
