Hr Personnel

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Handling daily operational HR tasks.
-Records management both hard and soft copies.
-Assist in HR projects and Employee Engagement activities.
-Provide administrative support to HR/ADM Section Head.
-Assist with hiring processes (Establish and maintain networks with recruitment agencies for talent pool and sourcing).
-Conducts or acquires background checks and employment eligibility verifications if applicable.
-Maintaining employee records.
-Administer time keeping and employee benefits.
-Coordinating employee training.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, certifications, and training logs.
-Develop training and development programs.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree in human resource, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
-At least 1 year experience in this role is preferred
-With Recruitment experience is advantage
-Can work with less supervision and keen attention to details
-Good in communications and organizational skills
-Flexible and willing to be trained
-Dedicated, Hardworking, Willing to commit long-term
-AI Savvy
-Can work under pressure.
-Computer literate with skills in MS Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
