Recruitment Senior Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resource, Psychology, OR any related course
- With at least 3-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment process and volume hiring
- Detail-Oriented/Results-focused
- Good communication
- Can start ASAP

JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Candidate must have 3-4 years of Recruitment experience
- Volume Recruitment experience in the same industry is a plus
- Exposure in a fast-paced or ever-changing environment
- Adept with navigating sourcing platforms such as Jobstreet, Indeed, Kalibrr, etc.
- Excellent administrative skills
- Strong time management skills
- Exceptional problem solving, conflict resolution, and listening skills
- Proficient with using Microsoft Office Suite applications
