Hi! We're Smartsourcing, looking for an HR Onboarding Officer who can work with us full-time and on-site! 
Where? Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu As an HR Onboarding Officer, you will be crucial in welcoming and integrating new employees into our client's vibrant work culture. You will be the friendly face that guides them through their initial days, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation. 
Some of the things we expect you to do are to:  Onboarding: New Starter Forms Onboarding: Creating Microkeeper Profiles Onboarding: Online Induction Platform - New Employees Onboarding: Final Steps Document Management: Checking Documents Document Management: Approving Documents Document Management: Uploading documents on behalf of an employee Employee Profile: Spreadsheet Overview Employee Profile: Creating a Superannuation Profile Employee Profile: Online Induction Platform - Existing Employees Employee Profile: Troubleshooting Requirements We would need you to be or have the following:  A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field. At least 2 years experience in Human Resources, Recruiting and/or Employee Onboarding. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Suite. Proficiency in HR Systems, applicant tracking systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters), HR capital management systems (e.g. Workday) and Visio.  It would be awesome if you are or also have:  1-2 years of experience working as an HR Onboarding Specialist is a plus! Benefits Be a part of the Smartsourcing crew !  Smartsourcing was born with the purpose of changing people's lives.
