ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
 
Job Description:
Perform data entry, research, generate reports, and filing.
Keep detailed meeting minutes.
Provide an accurate report for the department team.
Handle workflow assignments and routing of incoming calls
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies.
Assist in preparing documents needed by the clients and supervisors.
Assist with the hiring, onboarding, and other office tasks, such as anticipating needed supplies and maintaining inventory supplies.
Help the department team in supervising the staff.
Job Requirement:
At least 2 yrs in college or bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
At least 2+ years of relevant administrative work experience
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and
ability to prioritize work.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams.
Excellent customer service skills.
Great problem-solving ability
A BPO background is preferred but not required.
