The role is responsible for developing and implementing HR systems, managing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with the labor laws. The company is seeking to hire an HR Generalist who will be pivotal in establishing the HR department and will initially be the sole HR professional within the organization, responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and practices to support the company's growth and operational needs.
Facilitate the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Offer guidance on policies and procedures. Participate actively in recruitment, including drafting job descriptions, advertising positions, and overseeing the hiring process. Design and execute comprehensive onboarding plans. Manage payroll and benefits of employees. Design training and development programs. Aid in performance management procedures. Assist in managing disciplinary and grievance matters. Ensure compliance with policy and legal requirements for maintaining employee record Requirements With at least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist. Experience creating HR structures/policies would be highly advantageous. A strong personality with the ability to command respect Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, handle employee relations, and manage conflicts effectively. Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices, with the ability to follow systems and rules. Full understanding of HR functions and best practices. Work hours from 8:30AM to 5:00PM or 9:00AM to 5:30PM with 30 minutes lunch break
