TROWORKS ENGINEERING SUPPLY AND SERVICESIs currently looking for:  HR OFFICER Job Responsibilities: Perform daily HR duties such as on-boarding/off-boarding of employees, recruitment, employee orientation, etc.Administer employee?s records and ensure required personal documents are in placeCoordinate with relevant department teams on manpower movement, contract renewal, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation and etc.Coordinate with cross-functional team to facilitate timekeeping and payroll processingProcess payroll and compensation and benefits of employeesOversee compliance to SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG guidelines (e.g., monthly remittances, payment of loans, etc.)Handle government agency concerns related to employee member?s contributions (e.g., discrepancies, updates, reconciliation of records)Organize and support employee engagement and welfare activitiesProvide response to employee?s enquires on HR-related mattersPrepare HR reports and meeting related materialPerform any other duties as assigned by the ManagementJob Qualifications: Graduate of Business Administration, Psychology or any related field with at least 2 years of working experience as HR officer or other HR position.Knowledgeable of different HR functions and understand labor laws and disciplinary procedures.A team player with strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching and interpersonal skillsMeticulous with the ability to multitaskHighly adaptable to change with a positive mindsetStrong in verbal and written communication skillsPre-Employment Requirements?
