HR - PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT Job Responsibilities: Prepares Job Descriptions for promoted employees by coordinating with concerned Section Heads. Ensures that these are updated. Makes improvements as necessary.Ensures consistency in the implementation of the Guidelines on Performance Evaluation (Performance Appraisal).Conducts performance appraisal for regular employees:for Staff Level (semi-annual) and Worker Level (annual) with coordination to concerned Section Heads.Makes Performance Appraisal Report after the conduct of the whole performance appraisal process.Identifies employees to undergo Performance Improvement Plan, and coordinates with Section Heads for the implementation and monitoring.Followsthe Company Code of Conduct and maintains a good working relationship with colleagues.Job Qualifications: Must be a graduate of Behavioral or Business course preferably in Psychology, Business Administration Major in Human Resource Development ManagementWorking knowledge in quality management systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 13485) is an advantageAt least one (1) year work experience in all Human Resource function is an advantageMust have high sense of responsibilityHas good analytical and critical thinking skillsFresh graduate is welcome to apply
