Place job advertisement as directed both internal and external recruitment Conduct sourcing and initial interviews with selected candidates Ensure reference and background checks are carried out on a timely manner Conduct job offer discussions Facilitate new starter feedback sessions and work with the HR team to take appropriate action Set up of new employees payroll requirements, including bank accounts Registration and maintenance of employees with all required government bodies Assist in the development and implementation of the infrastructure in terms of people strategies and initiatives to help drive staff engagement, including benefits, reward and recognition, surveys and culture Maintain compliance with all local employment and worker health and safety legislation SELECTION CRITERIA: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource/Psychology or equivalent Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to effectively present information to internal and external contacts At least (3) three years of broad HR experience including End to End Recruitment, Government Legislation, Employee Relations and General Administration With knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and other DOLE requirements Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and management skills Positive disposition and can-do attitude Keen attention to details Ability to work with minimum supervision #J-18808-Ljbffr
