Mission The Document Control Manager is responsible for the overall implementation of the Electronic Documentation Management System effectively and efficiently
Main Responsibilities Responsibilities Study the project requirements in relation to document and data requirement Administer the EDMS tool effectively Ensure that straight forward retrieval of documents when requested Provide guidance for numbering outgoing documents as per contractual requirements Identify the issues that can affect the productivity of the document control and recommend improvements Ensure that list / log /register of documents, with clear identification and easy traceability, is up to date He/ she must ensure that: Project documents are distributed to the right persons in a timely manner Project documents have no errors in filenames before distributing to the relevant department to avoid confusion Controlled copy documents are closely monitored Project documents/ records are filed and stored in way it can be retrieved easily Profile Document control experience on similar project 10 years of working experience with 05 years of relevant work experience in the same position Fluent in English Ability to handle multi-task with strong organisation skills Good Computer skills
