Hr Officer

Job Summary:
- Provides general day-to-day HR support across Allson's Inn as part of HR Function.

- Involved in Employee Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Occupational Safety and Health Standard and other administration and enforecement of company policies and procedures, disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution while ensuring that the company continues to meet its business and organizational objectives.

 

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree of BS Human Resource Management,

BS Psychology, or any related coursesMinimum of 2-4 years work experience in related firm

Computer literate with programs such as word, excel ,ect.

Excellent in communication skills, interpersonal skills, self-motivated, highly focused and professional in appearance and presentation.

Excellent in writing and reporting skills

Strong work ethics and reliability.

Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

Familiarity with labor laws.
