HR OFFICER

Job Responsibilities:
Maintains physical and electronic records of employees

Assist in the implementation of HR Policies and procedures

Process government remittances

Facilitates HR initiated company activities;
Handle employee relation functions;
Prepares and submits monthly attendance report to department heads

Attends meetings (weekly or monthly meetings) as required by immediate superior and other departments.

Suggests and participate in achieving department plans and

goals.Represents and promotes positive image of the company both on and off the job.

Performs other functions as required by the immediate head.

Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology, BSBA major in HR, and other HR related courses.

Knowledgeable in MS Office tools

Organized and keen to details

Can handle multi-task and work with less supervision

Can work harmoniously with others

Possesses a warm and caring disposition

Can start ASAP


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
