Salary range:
18,000 to 30,000

 

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource/ BS Psychology or any related courses that have experience in human resource jobs.

Preferably a minimum of 2-4 years experience in human resource management.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Knowledgeable of all government statutory requirements/ compensation & benefits.

In-depth knowledge of the principles

and practices of employee and labor laws.People-oriented and results-driven

Responsibilities:
Managing the recruitment and selection process

Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Maintain pay plan and benefits program

Assist in payroll and maintain employee records (attendance, etc.)
